Azerbaijan: 4 units
Coast guard patrol boats PSKR-624 S-004 (former PSKR-624), PSKR-625 S-005 (former PSKR-625), PSKR-626 S-006 (till 3.07.1992 AK-234), PSKR-627 S-007 (till 3.07.1992 AK-374). On G122 1x2 30-mm AK-230 replaced by 1x1 37-mm 70K. Reclassified to guard ships - G122 (former S-004), G123 (former S-005), G124 (former S-006), G125 (former S-007). On G122, G124 in 2018 1x2 30 mm AK-230 was replaced by 1x1 30 mm MUHAFIZ, then replaced by 1x1 37 mm 70K. On G125 MR-104 Rys was removed. On G122, 123, 125 4Ts-30-125 radar was removed.

Georgia: 2 units
Batumi 301 (till 02.1998 PSKR-648) decommissioned in 2006, patrol boat Georgiy Toreli P-21 (till 1999 Ukraine PSKR-629) all armament was removed, added 2x1 37 mm 70K – decommissioned 01.2023

Cambodia: 4 units
Project 02059: Mondolkiri, then Koh Polovay 51, then 1131, №52, then №1132, decomm. in 2010, №53, then №1133, decomm. in 2010, Ratanakiri, then Koh Via 54, then 1134 (№199 in 10.1985, №205 in 1986, №206 in 11.1987, №207 in 11.1987). In 1995-97 AK-230 was removed and added 1x2 40 mm Bofors and 1x2 23 mm ZU-23-2 (on №1131 2x2 40 mm Bofors), 3 diesels Caterpillar - 14000 hp, 37 kts, 800 nmi (24 knots), crew - 25, surface radar Racal Dekka Bridgemaster, navigation radar Racal Dekka Type 1226. Then on №1134 1x2 23 mm ZU-23-2 replaced by 1x2 23 мм. Then armament replaced by 2x2 30 mm AK-230 (№1132, 1133) or 2x2 2M-3M (№1131, 1134)

Cuba: 3 units
Project 02059: patrol boats №801, 816. №194, 195 in 02.1985, №198 in 08.1985. Decoy RL PK-16 (2 launchers KL-101). On №816 added 1x2 25 mm 2M-3M instead of MR-104 Rys`
