In 1958-60 SM-16 was replaced by 4x4 45 mm SM-20ZIF, 4M-120 was removed, BMB-2 and depth charge throwers was replaced by 2x16 RBU-2500 «Uragan-2» (128 RGB-25), «Rif» air/surface search radar was replaced by «Fut-N», «Yakor`-M» radar was replaced by «Yakor`-M2», added P-10 air search radar, «Machta P-4» ESM radar system, «Fakel-MÇ» was replaced by «Nickel-K», «Fakel-MO» was replaced by «Khrom-K», «Solntce» heat-source locator was removed, «Pegas-2» sonar was replaced by «Pegas-2M»
